| I'm having quite an 'argh' morning.
Hope that doesn't last.
Because that would suck.
And I don't want to be a Sucky McSuckerson.
God, could you do something about that?
Thanks. | | |

Dear God,
Please help make my memorization swift, my pen somewhat mighty, and my sleep existent. Help me to do my best, and realize that it’s okay when it doesn’t happen. Allow my shortened prayers be enough, because you know my thanks to you are sincere and enormous…Help me remember that your arm’s around me as I’m trying my hardest not to cuss out Russian authors and Freud. And that it’s not nice. Thanks.
Sincerely,
me.

| Overall, I had a pretty durn good day today. Even though I have 3 tests tomorrow, studying was at a minimum....mainly because I just never really got around to it. Completely for lack of trying.
I slept in, which is always nice. I made breakfast (peanut butter on toast) and sat around for a little while before taking a long bath. Then I sat around a little more, got dressed, and drove to see my lover. The Daniel Boone Regional Library. Ahhhhhhhh. I seriously checked out 8 cd's, 3 dvd's, and 3 books. It took me a good 2 hours. It was a-mazing.
I forgot my card again, but I never need it anymore since I memorized my number. And it's proven to be a valuable investment of my time. Plus the internet is soo much faster than it is at home. Which, let's face it, isn't hard to do. I listened to this guy playing the guitar on the 2nd floor balcony--folk, latin, everything. I loved it. I watched little kids carry armfuls of books with the hugest smiles on their faces. Mmmm paradise.
I drove home with my windows down--which would have been a bad thing with all the newfound humidity--but hey, my hair was pretty much still wet anyways, and thanked God for the wonderful day. I wish you could've shared it with me. Maybe next time, okay? | | |
